Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, difusr will:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
Where applicable, remove associated data from connected storage systems
Maintain an internal audit record of the takedown
difusr may also remove content proactively if automated or manual review indicates a high likelihood of infringement.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Valid counter-notifications will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.

Repeat Infringer Policy

difusr maintains a repeat infringer policy. Accounts or content sources associated with repeated copyright violations may be restricted or terminated, consistent with DMCA requirements.
